Rates not valid during blackout dates

The supplier reserves the right to withdraw/cancel the reservations in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.

There is no refund applicable in case of partial utilization of services and any additional cost applicable owing to any deviation from the tour program on part of the traveller must be settled directly on the tour.

The Company reserves the right to withdraw tour membership of any client whose behaviour is deemed likely to aect the smooth operation of the tour or adversely aect the enjoyment or safety of other passengers and the Company shall be under no liability to any such person.
