• Booking amount is non-refundable.
• Flight booking amount will be refunded as per the airline’s cancellation policy.
• Only in the case of visa refusal, INR 8,000 per head will be non-refundable from the booking amount. The balance booking amount (e.g., INR 15,000) is refundable.
• No refund is available 25 days prior to trip departure.
• Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the date of cancellation.
• If you test positive for COVID-19 within 7 days of departure and provide confirmation reports, we will postpone the entire trip to another date in the future (subject to availability).
